Body and Soul Ajman will open April. Progress on the New Body and Soul continues and the Club is beginning to take shape. The Club will feature the latest TechnoGym equipment following an agreement signed between Body and Soul in February. Membership is now available with the first 500 applicants paying no joining fee. Additional features include a Library, the Children's Creache.
Body and Soul Lady A brand new concept is to launched in Ajman aimed at the female market. Body and Soul Lady offers a unique new fitness circuit featuring TechnoGym equipments. Express 30 minutes circuits, with a certified Trainer, in the specially designed Body and Soul Lady Fitness Suite.
First Body & Soul Spa - Inspired by Treatments from around the world. The first Body & Soul Spa concept is being finalized and will be launched in Ajman in conjunction with the new Club. A private Spa exclusively for ladies will include luxury treatment rooms, a relaxation lounge, steam, sauna and jacuzzi. "Signature" treatments, beauty therapy, slimming and weight management packages will be offered.
SkyGardens LifeStyle - Welcome to all the residents at SkyGardens. We are opening the new Luxury Lifestyle Club and look forward to meeting everyone in the coming weeks. |

Well done Shayam Harsha, male winner of running challenge completed 160 kms in 18 days & lost 15 kgs. Shayam says, "I was very nervous to begin the event because I am overweight but my Trainer motivated me to participate. Now I am confident enough to join other incentive challenges.

We are delighted to have John Paish join Body & Soul as the Program Manager and Tennis Professional. John is a former International and Wimbledon Tennis player and can boast wins over Bjorn Bjorg and Stam Smith. He is the current world veterans Doubles Champion. John will be promoting social, competitive and educational programs, at the new Ajman Club. |

Maria Cerchi is the new Lifestyle Manager at the exclusive Residents Club in SkyGradens. Maria ("Mafe") joined Body and Soul recently after 2 years as the Spa & Recreation Manager in a 5 Star Dubai Hotel. Welcome aboard "Mafe" and good luck at SkyGardens. |

| RECIPE OF THE MONTH |
| Quick Beef with Broccoli |
Preparation
Toss together cornstarch, salt, pepper, and beef in a bowl until meat is coated. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking, then stir-fry beef until just cooked through, about 1 minute. Transfer with a slotted spoon to another bowl and keep warm, loosely covered with foil. Add remaining tablespoon oil to wok along with broccoli and garlic and stir-fry over moderately high heat until broccoli is just tender and garlic is pale golden, about 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and water and bring to a boil. Return meat to skillet and cook, stirring, until sauce is thickened, about 2 minutes.
Per serving: 257 calories, 15 g fat (2 g saturated), 51 mg cholesterol, 515 mg sodium, 9 g carbohydrates, 2 g fiber, 21 g protein
Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 pound sirloin beef tips, sliced against the grain 1/8 inch thick
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 10 ounces frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/3 cup water
