The design of the 3,500 member facility included increasing the size of the fitness area, expanding the locker rooms, adding a Men’s Hammam, redesigning the front desk, increasing the retail display area and relocating the salon. |

The family club has been design to include separate Men’s and Ladies workout areas and pool, a kids pool, a tennis center, indoor golf simulators, squash and badminton courts, a club lounge and viewing area and luxury locker rooms. |

Hollistic Medical Centre, Health Club and Spa – Dubai, UAE |

Mr. Beven recently provided a comprehensive feasibility study for a planned holistic healing medical centre in Dubai. In conjunction with a planned spa and health club that will support the medical centre, the 30,000 sq. ft. facility will provide a unique concept. The financial study included a projections, cash flow, ROI and balance sheet for the entire project. |

Solidere, the Company responsible for the reconstruction of Downtown Beirut, selected Mr. Beven’s Company to provide a feasibility study for a luxury concept spa in the heart of the fashionable downtown district. The work included a market and needs analysis, competitive evaluation and complete financial assessment for the Spa, wellness and health centre that is to be included as part of an upscale residential apartment complex. |

Mr. Beven provided a space program, spa design and feasibility for a health club and spa to open in late 2008. He has personally assisted in all areas of the schematic design, layout of equipment and spa rooms. In addition, the preliminary spa concept was created for the owning company. |

Mr. Beven oversaw the design review, pre-opening and management for Al Corniche Club, one of the largest (175,000 Sq. Ft.) and most innovative spas and private clubs to be built in the region. Pre-opening included staff recruitment for over 130 development of an operational budget, equipment specifications and recommendations, wellness programs, spa concept and menu, marketing strategy, membership structure, software systems installation and training, retail product recommendations, standard operating procedures and employee handbooks. |

Mr. Beven is the design consultant for a small (3,000 sq. ft.) health spa in a luxury hotel apartment complex slated to open in early 2008. The Ayurvedic spa was designed with just three specialized treatment rooms, a spa pool and a personal training studio for guests. |
